About NJMC

We are a very casual club - we have no rules, no meetings and no dues. If you want to ride with us, come on out and join in the fun of riding. Bring your wife, girlfriend or significant other. Everyone and all makes of bikes are welcome.

Most of us are located in Ocean County, NJ near the shore and now do mostly weekly lunch rides through the Pine Barrens, so if you are retired, unemployed, on vacation or have a day off, check our Facebook page for time and location of our Lunch Ride and come out and join us.

In the past, we did a lot of overnight couples rides which we can still do if anyone has any suggestions.

We also had and still do small group rides. Some of the rides include Sturgis, Bar Harbor Maine, Laconia, Mt. Washington, Deals Gap for "Tail of the Dragon", Americade in Lake George, Daytona, The Cabot Trail in Nova Scotia, and Kitty Hawk.

How did we get started? Well, originally, way back in time, our President and Leader, Dennis McClure created what he believed to be a Motorcycle Club on Yahoo and he was the only member. Dennis asked his neighbor Dave Meyer to join which he did, and Dave asked me, his father, Hank Meyer to join which I did also. In any event, the Club grew and grew and we ended up with over 300 registered members.

Recently our Server for our online site went down and we lost a lot of our past pictures, event postings, data, etc. In keeping up with today's trends, we now have a club Facebook page where we've posted up some of the photos from past trips and where you can learn more about the club and what we're up to.
